Abstract:

This talk will provide an overview of my research in assistive and 
rehabilitation robotics domain. It presents the GENTLE/s robotics for
neurorehabilitation system which was used to deliver physiotherapy to
stroke survivors. The talk will provide an overview of issues
considered during hardware and software development phases, and will
present considerations made for designing the human robot interaction
in a practical and safe manner. Results from clinical trial with 31
patients will be also presented.
