Abstract:

This talk will look at the concept of Information Warfare, looking at
the different cultural views of the subject and examine what effects it
might have and what the response to an IW attack might be.  The talk
will cover developments over the recent past and look at the main
potential protagonists and will look at the potential consequences of
IW.
